Women’s health and hormonal balance.

Hormones are chemical messengers that control every aspect of your body’s metabolism, growth, mood, and reproduction. If they are out of balance, they can cause health challenges from mood swings to weight gain or depression, as well as diabetes type2, osteoporosis, and many more. On the other hand, people use hormonal supplements to build muscle strength or restore lost youthfulness, as an example.

Hormones are chemical messengers that flow through your blood, carrying information from one group of cells to another. This is what keeps your body functioning.

But hormones are a complex topic. And your body is designed to regulate the exact amount of hormones and receptors it needs. But sometimes they get out of balance due to a few mistakes we all make unconsciously.

Modern Lifestyle

sitting most of the time, staying indoors all day, being inactive, sleeping too little, eating too much animal food, or skipping meals. Being under stress regularly. Drinking sugary beverages. Contact with different everyday toxins in household cleaners, cosmetics, polluted air,…. all of these chemicals can disrupt your hormones.

The food we eat is indeed critical to hormonal balance.

The food we eat can help reduce toxic free radicals in the body. That´s why it is so important to detox your system on a daily basis.
How?
Lot´s of water and a sufficient amount of fruits and vegetables!

The question is ONE DIET FOR ALL???

Though each of us is biochemically unique, there are specific metabolic principles we all share in common. You can, therefore, apply a few simple rules to create a core diet, and then modify that diet for your individual needs.

  • Drink enough water – recommended are 8 at least 8-10 glasses per day
  • Eat at least 5 – 9 servings of fresh, raw fruits and veggies every day
  • Consume adequate plant-based proteins every day
  • Ensure your diet is built around good, monounsaturated fats like lentil or olive oil and essential fats like the fatty acids in OMEGA
  • Consume a broad spectrum of dietary fiber, both soluble and insoluble.

Enjoy the journey

PS:
Everything in our body is connected, and the whole body is involved in all health conditions, it’s necessary when treating a specific condition to treat the whole body as well – with foundational nutrition.
