Are you really focusing more on health than on illness?
Maybe you aren’t sure – so start thinking about the following:
• What is it you like most to do?
• What inspires you the most?
• What could you do easily and naturally?
• What are your talents, what do your friends think you are best at?
Start paying attention to your Self Talk and honestly listen to your answers regarding the questions you are asking yourself. This can make all the difference! You will gain invaluable insight into what your little voice is telling you.
There are many benefits for you while you are making a difference:
• It makes you feel good
• It makes you and others happy
• It helps to build a solid foundation in many areas such as health, wealth, relationship, abundance and work
It will be your choice to make a difference and to enjoy the successes that flow into your life.
BUT – Why do you not have what you want right now, why aren’t you making a difference in your life at this moment?
Speaking comes to most people as naturally as breathing. On many occasions our words are uttered without conscious thought; in fact we rarely stop and think about what we are saying. Thousands of words pour out of our mouths each day as our thoughts, opinions, judgments and beliefs are freely expressed. Often, however, we are oblivious to the positive or negative effect these words have on ourselves and the people around us.
Words have tremendous power. Words give out energy and a message which creates a reaction in others. Everything you say produces an effect in the world.
Whatever you say to someone else will produce some kind of an effect in that person. We are constantly creating something, either positive or negative with our words. Reaction to our words often returns to us, and this will often come in a multiplied form.
For example if I speak words of judgment to a person they will judge me back, probably with more intensity as their judgment has the pain or anger caused by my words attached to it. Words of kindness and acceptance will generate a warm and appreciative reaction in a person.
That person’s response to the words will be stronger because it will have the emotion created by the words attached to it. The power of words has a ripple effect in our life and those around us.
Are you telling yourself the same old story about why it doesn’t work for you?
Those who fail, follow the laws of failure. Those who succeed, follow the laws of success. It is impossible to reach success with a scheme of failure thoughts in your mind. It’s impossible to have good health with a constant stream of illness thoughts.
Your behavior is directed by your thoughts.
Thoughts of failure, disease, loneliness and fear push you into a behavior, which leads you directly to fail, become ill, feel lonely and fearful!
You can deny this principle or fight against it, you can believe it is not true or it doesn’t apply to you, but you will never be able to escape from it. These principles govern all creation, also the creation of your life. The experiences of your life start in your head.
And it’s exactly there where your power lies: in your thoughts!
The universe will give you health, if you learn to think in terms of health, not illness.
You will have success if you think in terms of success, not failure. Everything you think about repeatedly will manifest one day or another.
So why not think of what you want, instead of what you don’t want?
I am sure you have noticed that your friends and colleagues all tell the same old story about work, family, health, wealth, abundance, relationships…
Did you notice that you did it too?
We all tend to tell the same story over and over again. We have already written our script for life because we have past experiences that make us hold expectations about the typical outcome. And when we have expectations about the outcomes to our lives, we will get what we are planning for in our script.

So What Can We Do?
You could start telling a new story each and every day, there are incredible opportunities out there, start from scratch. That is the incredible thing about all this. You are never too old to start telling your own, new story. The challenge is, that we are not aware of this opportunity. We do not take the advantage of this wonderful tool.
If you want to move your life ahead, you should replace the negatives in your life with positives. You need to take the negative influences in your life away and replace them with positives, so you will have increases in morale, and productivity. Focus on the positive for success and peak performance.
What if you wake up in the morning and start writing a new story out with new characters and new endings, new outcomes to business, work, relationship, health, self-esteem, abundance, financial success, a new direction for your life!
Most of us are not aware of the amount of negative influences in our lives.
We are bombarded with negative messages from the media, the people around us, and most damaging of all, ourselves.
The first step in the process in replacing negatives with positives in your life is to make a decision to start looking for the negative messages and ways to replace them with positives. Decide that you will focus on the positive in this world.
Begin to drastically cut down on the amount of news you take in. Most people start their day with the news. And of course most of the news is bad news, fires, floods, etc. Then it is on to traffic and weather, which also stresses the negatives. So by the time you have finished your coffee, you have had enough bad news to last a week. Does all this bad news make you want to throw open the door and greet the new day ?, you might find that exactly the opposite is true .
And how about the way we end the day?
Many of us watch the news before going to bed and get a big dose of negative information just before trying to go to sleep. Is it any wonder so many people have trouble sleeping? The mood we are in before we go to sleep carries over to the next morning, so you are setting yourself up for starting the next day in a bad mood. Odds are you don’t need all that negative information you are taking in from the news, and you will function just fine without it.
The most damaging source of negativity is ourselves. Most of us generate lots of negative self talk that our minds accept as the truth and results in our being held back in many ways. We focus on our shortcomings, our problems, and spend our time predicting more bad news for ourselves, generating lots of fear and worry, while undercutting our ability to try new things.
Begin to focus on the positive aspects of you.
What are your unique strengths, what have you accomplished, how are you different and better than other people? Use visualization and affirmations to build images of yourself accomplishing the things you want and use these to replace the negative images. Give yourself lots of credit for everything you do right, so you are getting even more positive news about yourself.
Also, set aside three minutes every day to think about all the good things you have in your life right now. The process of thinking of the good things in your life will generate good feelings for you that will last much of the day. I know this could and would shape your picture of life in surprising and successful ways. Telling a new story is a way that will bring us to new insights, new thoughts, new opportunities, new possibilities, new beliefs and new habits.
Because that is how life unfolds – we just need to give it new material to work with in order to deliver different results. When you do this exercise – the past doesn’t equal the future – your focus is shifting in your right direction!
By replacing the negatives in your life, with positives, you will make yourself and probably the world a better place. You will feel better mentally and physically, plus accomplish many of the things you wanted to. Nothing is ever accomplished without action, so start now to move your life ahead.
It is one of those little miracle tools to head were you want to be, to make a difference by thinking about, writing about, telling about, listening about and acting on it as if it is already this way. You mind cannot tell the difference between fiction and reality.
See the events as if they have already happened and you will find that they will appear in reality.
