Our products provide additional health benefits.

They also help reduce fat .. not muscle.

A recent clinical study published in the Journal of the American Nutraceutical Association showed that taking Juice Plus+  whole food based supplements increases lean muscle mass (which helps burn calories) and reduces body fat.

The study was comprised of 100 participants who were given a simple weight loss regimen to follow. Half were put on the Juice Plus+ products. The other half were not.

The results after only 60 days were striking. While bothe groups lost both weight and body fat, the group taking the Juice Plus+ products achieved significantly better results. Specifically, the Body Compensation Index (BCI), which counts body fat loss as a negative, was more than three times higher for the Juice Plus+ test group than for the non-Juice Plus+ control group.
